This is the best way to buy a 1/4 of beef and know how much room you need in the freezer.

Below is an approximate list of cuts. The beef is freshly prepared the day before delivery, so it is difficult to ensure you will receive these exact cuts, but this is a good road map of what to expect.

• 15 lbs of any of the following: Prime Rib, Rib Eye Steak, New York Strip Steak, Tenderloin, T-bone Steak, Porterhouse Steak
• 20 lbs of any of the following: Sirloin Cuts, Chuck Cuts, Top Round Cuts
• 5 lbs of any of the following: Bavette, Tri-Tip, Flank
• 15 lbs of any of the following: Round Cuts, Brisket, Sirloin Tip
• 15 lbs of any of the following: Cross Cut Shank (Beef Osso Bucco), Braising Short Ribs
• 35 lbs Ground Beef
• 5 lbs Stewing Beef
• Total: 110 lbs

Delivery to your door. Your meat will be frozen for safe transport. Four delivery boxes, each 18 X 12 X 8 inches. If you have any preference in cuts, add it in your order notes and we will do our best to accommodate!

Beef born and raised near the beautiful Greenock Swamp Wetland. Hereford breed, Pasture Raised and Finished on a mix of Grains and Forages. No Hormones or Antibiotics. 100% Grass Fed also available. Aged for a minimum of 21 days.
